The Catholic Church of Saint Mary has established the Saint Mary Church Memorials program as a parish & community wide ministry that will allow you to beautifully and perpetually honor loved ones for special occasions and remembrances, using personalized engraved bricks. Memorial engraved bricks that you create will be permanently installed bordering the monuments or walkways on the parish campus, enhancing the parish landscape.
More importantly, the memorial bricks will highlight the special connections we hold among our families and within our faith community. Personalized engraved bricks can be used to commemorate sacraments of Baptism, First Communion, Confirmation, or Holy Matrimony. Memorial bricks can also be engraved to celebrate, for example, anniversaries, retirements, community or military service, or to honor deceased loved ones.
The Saint Mary Church Memorials program is an ongoing fundraiser for the parish, with a portion of each purchase returned to support parish finances, and support its spiritual mission.

GUIDELINES
- Ordering: Memorial engraved bricks may be ordered online or by paper form.
- Use the online Saint Mary website https://polarengraving.com/stmarycherryhill to create a virtual memorial brick, and to submit an order electronically.
- Use the printed Memorials brochure, filling in contact information and brick information, and submitting completed paperwork to the Parish Office
- Payment: Two payment options are available to purchase memorials bricks
- Payment by check, and submission to the Parish Office
- Online electronic payment using “Parish Giving” (www.parishgiving.org)

- Deadlines: Orders for personalized engraved bricks may be placed at any time of the year, but finished bricks will be installed seasonally.
- Deadlines and installation schedules (subject to change): December 1 (Spring installation); April 1 (Summer installation); August 1 (Fall installation).
- Individual orders will be collected, bundled, and then submitted at the following calendar deadline. Orders will require verification of payment before submission.
- Installation lead time following ordering is estimated 4-8 weeks.
- Tracking Number: Each order will be identified by a tracking number, which will facilitate handling, payment, and accounting. The tracking number is self-generated.
- For orders paid by check, tracking # is the check #
- For orders paid electronically, tracking # is the last 4 digits of the purchaser’s phone #
- Please insert the tracking # into the Comment fields and Memo fields that are presented during the ordering and payment processes. Also, keep a record of your own tracking #.
