This journal provides information on the impact painful experiences have on one’s mental health,
reflective exercises on one’s personal response to those experiences, and offers some restorative spiritual practices.
It is not a substitute for clinical assistance.  Catholic Charities USA recommends that you seek professional
assistance for any mental health issue that may be causing you difficulty.
If at any time you find that the information, journal exercises,  or discussions in Whole Hearted surface
difficult or overwhelming feelings for you, please stop, take a break and /or ask someone for assistance.
